Firm Overview
Capable & Compassionate Family Law Attorney There's a reason I receive referrals from opposing parties. There's a reason my ex-husband's divorce attorney sends clients my way. It's because I know how to find balance. It's not enough to be capable - I have to be capable and compassionate. It's not enough to be caring - I also have to know how to be tough. As a family law attorney, I can balance these characteristics, just like I can balance the needs of two very different parties in marriage dissolution. I can find a workable solution that will allow the parties to settle, save face, and even save attorney fees in the process. Splitting the Orange Two children fight over an orange. It's the only orange in the house and they both want it. The yelling escalates. Bad words are used. Feelings are hurt. They turn to Mom. Wanting to reach an equitable decision, Mom cuts the orange in half. Both children cry and go to their rooms unhappy. Why? Because half an orange is not what they wanted. One wanted all of the orange peel for a school project and the other wanted to eat the inside of the orange for an after-school snack. Half an orange was a total mistake. It could have been a win-win solution. Both could have had what they wanted if the right questions had been asked. Creative Problem Solving When you retain my services, you will have a family lawyer who works to find equitable solutions and fair settlements. I'll ask questions of you - and listen to your answers. I believe it's possible to find common ground, but will fight for your rights if the situation dictates that approach. I represent clients in all manners of child custody and divorce-related matters. My office is southeast of downtown Denver, off I-25 and Colorado Boulevard. Street parking is available in addition to inexpensive parking adjacent to the building. I would love to meet you. The process can begin the moment you pick up the phone or contact us.
